Clearwater is a leading global corporate finance boutique based in the UK which sought our help to be the creative force supporting its corporate Information Memorandums (IM) work.
After meeting with the client team and understanding that the business needs would result in engaging us on a more ad-hoc basis, HB suggested the On-demand Agency option, which would give Clearwater both the flexibility it needed and enable HB to source the best team possible.
Clearwater is responsible for creating tailored IMs for a range of corporate entities across a range of different sectors. We learned that each IM would need to be customised to the unique branding of each of Clearwater’s clients, rather than one set of centralised brand guidelines.
This meant that every IM would first need to be conceptualised in line with the individual brand of Clearwater’s end-client. The overall assignment had to be treated on a “case-by-case” basis. Hamilton-Brown would then deliver our client’s content into the customised IM of its end-client, using Microsoft 365 and/or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Given that each IM would be a one-off tailored document and had the potential for a different format every time, it did not make sense for Clearwater to limit the on-going work to one dedicated team. Instead, HB would wish to call upon the experience, talent and flexibility across all of our designers. As the volume of potential work was also unclear, assigning the briefs within Hamilton-Brown’s Studio – and therefore sourcing a bespoke team for each brief – emerged as the best option for ongoing success.
